墨幻搖滾—鄧卜君個展

鄧卜君，1957年生於台灣，1984年畢業於國立藝專（現今台灣藝術大學的前身）。長期居住於台灣東海岸的鄧卜君，作品大多取材環境附近的山石水木。其創作奠基於唐、宋、元、明的水墨筆畫基礎，集結個人生命體悟及生活環境的體悟省思，以自創的「搓點皴」型塑獨樹一幟的現代魔幻水墨語彙創作。鄧卜君的水墨筆法極為細膩精緻，純粹帶有娟秀，畫作多以山、水、樹建構渾然天成的古樸景致，卻又在奇幻迷離的視感中推翻既有的山水意象，以超現實的景觀情境刻畫極具個人風格的深山幽谷，一幅幅超然畫外的當代山水意境。Teng Pu-Chun, born in Taiwan in 1957, graduated from the National Academy of Arts (the predecessor to the National Taiwan University of Arts) in 1984. His works are largely depictions of the mountains, rocks, water and trees of Taiwan’s east coast, his longtime home. His groundbreaking creations in ink have their foundations in Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming works, and he draws on his individual life experiences and living environment to create a unique vocabulary of modern ink painting styles. Teng uses extremely delicate brush strokes to create beautifully simple scenes that closely resemble nature, but then overthrows established landscape imagery with a sense of blurred visual fantasy. Through his surreal imagery he portrays mountains and valleys in an extremely personal style, transcending the contemporary conceptions of landscape painting.
策展人介紹：王焜生 WANG Emerson
畢業於European Modern Art History and Theory, University of Essex，曾任ART TAIPEI台北國際藝術博覽會執行長、韓國首爾國立當代美術館的客座研究員暨策展人。長期居住於歐洲、英國、捷克與德國，畢業後與歐洲地區美術館、畫廊、藝文中心合作、執行歐洲與亞洲的藝術交流計畫。亦曾擔任多家藝術專業雜誌專欄作家、歐洲區主筆以及營運經理與主編等。
